This opportunity is for contractors to provide Lodgepole Pine cone collection and related tree improvement services for the Sawtooth National Forest in Idaho under a BPA Call Order. - USDA Forest Service is the buyer, with the Sawtooth National Forest, Minidoka Ranger District, Cassia Division as the primary location. - Services required include: - Collection of 32 bushels of Lodgepole Pine cones from four units at Trapper Peak - All labor, equipment, PPE, supervision, transportation, and supplies for safe collection - Specialized tasks such as tree climbing, cone caging, bagging, tagging, scion and pollen collection, tree selection, tree felling, and crown management - Strict safety, inspection, and compliance standards must be followed, including protection of endangered whitebark pine and adherence to government quality assurance protocols - Payment is based on unit prices for bushels, trees climbed, and hourly services - Only contractors with an existing LMIR BPA covering cone collection services for Sawtooth National Forest are eligible - Set aside for SBA participants under NAICS 113210 (Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products) - Period of performance runs through September 17, 2026, with specific deliverable due dates - Supporting documents include performance work statements, collection tags, criteria, checklists, maps, wage determinations, and experience questionnaires - Place of performance is primarily Sawtooth National Forest, with contracting offices in Burley, ID and Ogden, UT

This notice is for a BPA Call Order to be issued against an existing Land Managementlntegrated Resources (LMIR) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). To respond to this solicitation, contractors must have an existing LMIR BPA that includes Cone Collection Services for the Sawtooth National Forest. Please see the attached BPA Call Order Form, Price Quote-Schedule of Items, submittal instructions, performance work statement, maps, collection tagseed handling/crown position handling information, wage determinations, and experience questionnaire.
