This Invitation to Tender is issued by the Health Organization for selecting a Telecommunications Contractor as the prime contractor for Project 128266 (F768-00) involving the Wander System and Nurse Call System Upgrade at the Minoru Residence in Richmond. The prime contractor will be responsible for delivering fully operational Fire Alarm interfaces, Door Hardware integrations, associated cabling, coordination, testing, and commissioning. The work includes cabling and pathways for Nurse Call and WanderGuard devices, with specialized vendor Pacificom retained or assigned as required.
