Description
This Invitation to Tender is issued by the Health Organization for selecting a Telecommunications Contractor as the prime contractor for Project 128266 (F768-00) involving the Wander System and Nurse Call System Upgrade at the Minoru Residence in Richmond. The prime contractor will be responsible for delivering fully operational Fire Alarm interfaces, Door Hardware integrations, associated cabling, coordination, testing, and commissioning. The work includes cabling and pathways for Nurse Call and WanderGuard devices, with specialized vendor Pacificom retained or assigned as required. The project is anticipated to start on June 22, 2026, and only bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the Telecommunication Contractor discipline may submit a tender.
