Description

The Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services to support the agency’s operational, administrative, and public meeting functions. The services include network administration, cybersecurity management, cloud and systems support, desktop and device management, help desk services, audio-visual meeting support, phone system maintenance, website support, and strategic technology planning. The contract will be for an initial three-year term with two additional one-year renewal options, and services will be provided on an as-needed basis including both remote and on-site support. The selected contractor will maintain the reliability, security, and performance of StanCOG’s technology environment and provide proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, disaster recovery management, user training, and detailed reporting.
