Prosper Portland is requesting statements of interest and qualifications from individuals or firms to provide Real Estate Brokerage services on an as-needed basis through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The agency may award one or more Flexible Service Contracts, which are price agreements to provide a range of services authorized through Work Orders. The services include property acquisition, disposition, and leasing services. Prosper Portland makes no guarantee of work under these contracts.
