Description

The District of North Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management firms to provide preconstruction, tender, construction, and post-construction services for the Norgate Fire Hall #5 Replacement project. The contract will initially be a CCDC 5B (2010) agreement, with the intention to convert to a CCDC 2 (2020) contract when cost certainty is achieved. Experience in constructing Fire Services and municipal buildings is preferred. The contract duration is estimated to be 36 months.
