The City of DeBary’s regular City Council meeting on October 7, 2026, included several infrastructure funding updates. Senator Tom Wright presented $1.75 million in state funding for the Alexander Island riverfront nature park and stormwater/drainage improvements near Gemini Springs; no project-by-project allocation was given. The council also unanimously approved the September meeting minutes, consent agenda items, and a Historic Preservation Advisory Board appointment. No new contract award, bid approval, or direct city procurement expenditure was identified.
