Spartanburg District 5 Schools - Board Meeting September 28 2026

The Spartanburg County School District Five Board meeting on September 28, 2026, approved Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) No. 1 for the early site work package for Lightwood Crossing Elementary School, not to exceed $5,956,903. The motion passed 9–0. The package includes site preparation and related utility and infrastructure work; presenters reported receiving six competitive bids.
