The City of Wilsonville City Council work session, Urban Renewal Agency meeting, and regular meeting on October 5, 2026, included two approved budget supplementals. The Urban Renewal Agency adopted Resolution 362, 5–0, authorizing a $1.9 million supplemental budget to reappropriate funds for unfinished capital projects, including $69,121 for the Coffee Creek CIP and remaining Westside urban renewal funds for the Brown Road improvement project. The Council adopted Resolution 3283, 5–0, approving a $9,479,664 supplemental adjustment to the FY 2026–27 budget, primarily for approximately $6 million in capital-project rollovers and other carryover appropriations caused by project timing; staff said the adjustments did not increase overall contract amounts. No new contract awards or vendor selections were identified. Discussion also covered funding associated with the Beckman Bridge and a one-time water-district lease payoff, but the transcript’s amounts are unclear.
In the work session, staff presented the 2026 Transportation Performance Monitoring Report, reviewing recent street, bike, pedestrian, signal-timing, and safety improvements and recommending continued infrastructure investment and evaluation of high-risk locations. A councilor asked staff to circulate Gresham’s business-license code for review as a possible approach to preventing trafficking-related activity; the council may revisit whether to schedule discussion, but took no policy action. Other topics included proposed changes to the Development Review Board structure and upcoming Coffee Creek/Basalt Creek code discussions. The meeting also included a Clackamas County District Attorney presentation on domestic- and sexual-violence response initiatives, including training, a victim portal, and a proposed family justice center; no related city procurement action was taken.
