At its October 6, 2026 regular meeting, the Bossier City Council approved on final reading an ordinance authorizing Mayor Thomas H. Chandler to execute an agreement with Swift Recreation LLC for the Shed Road–Meadowview Splash Pad. No contract amount was stated in the transcript.
