For the District 6 jail collaboration, commissioners approved up to $30,000 for regional governance facilitation and development services; the selected proposal totaled about $81,100 and is to be shared among three counties, with Lincoln County’s share expected to come from contingency funds. They also approved a transport-services memorandum with the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office for September through December 2026, with costs reimbursed and a 30-day termination option. A $2,000 ARPA reallocation for vegetation restoration was approved, while a request for the county to act as fiscal agent for a waterfront project was tabled pending more information. The board also adopted a Title VI nondiscrimination plan needed for participation in a MaineDOT grant program.
