The Boise City Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on October 6, 2026. The commission approved its September 14 meeting and work-session minutes on the consent agenda and deferred CUP24-46 to November 2. It then recommended approval of SUB26-09, a preliminary plat for 10 buildable lots and two common lots at 1931 North Delmare Street, subject to staff conditions. Public testimony focused on neighborhood traffic, emergency access, parking, drainage, irrigation, and the proposed density; the applicant described street, sidewalk, and utility improvements. Commissioners encouraged continued coordination with the Ada County Highway District on traffic and safety concerns. The motion to recommend approval passed.

The commission also approved variance CVA26-35 and recommended approval of SUB26-41, subject to staff conditions. Discussion addressed a proposed infill development, a streetscape/sidewalk variance, tree planting, pedestrian connections, and whether elements of an existing older home could be preserved or documented. The motion passed. No procurement activity, contract awards, or purchasing decisions were identified; the proceedings concerned land-use applications and development conditions.
