Stillwater City Council and SUA 10/5/2026

The Stillwater City Council and Stillwater Utilities Authority met on October 5, 2026. The primary procurement- and infrastructure-related action was approval, by 3–0 votes, of City Resolution CC-2026-29 and SUA Resolution 2026-6, authorizing an Oklahoma Water Resources Board Financial Assistance Program loan and promissory note of up to $12 million. The financing will support water system improvements, including replacement of the Yost water tower and related costs.
