The Oklahoma County Budget Evaluation Team held a special meeting on October 6, 2026, focused on FY2026–27 revenues and budget assumptions. Members accepted and recommended a revised statement of revenues totaling $155,729,421, including $2,640,454 in unpaid FY2025–26 juvenile detention service revenue due from the Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs agency (described as covering 11 months). The current-year OJA contract was still being negotiated; no contract award was made. The worksheet also included a $47,925 county audit adjustment and elected-official salary adjustments, with the resulting reserve reported at approximately $9,877,932.

The team approved a 7% increase to employee and retiree health-plan rates. A larger employer-rate increase as one option to address an approximately $3 million funding gap was discussed, but consideration of employer rates was deferred. The team also discussed whether additional meetings would be needed to complete budget-board action. No RFPs, vendor selections, purchasing approvals, or capital procurements were identified.
