The City of Webster Groves Architectural Review Board met on October 1, 2026. The board approved the September 17 meeting minutes and reviewed four residential exterior projects. It approved 45 Glenn Road, which was already under construction, with a trim piece required at the post capital; approved a replacement garage at 21 West Swan Avenue on the condition that its siding and trim dimensions match the house and that a freeze board be added; and approved the new porch at 429 Gley Avenue as submitted after discussing its framing, detailing, and fit with existing doors and windows.

The board tabled a vote on solar panels at 633 Mildrid Avenue so the applicant could discuss a potentially more symmetrical panel arrangement with the homeowner and return with a revised submission if appropriate.
