Conservation Commission Meeting 10/7/26

The Revere Conservation Commission meeting on October 7, 2026, approved the prior meeting minutes and addressed wetland compliance and certificates of compliance. For 620 Revere Beach Boulevard, the commission approved the portion of the application covering removal of artificial turf and replacement with sod, and shed relocation in line with zoning approval. The proposed subsurface stormwater infiltration chamber was not included; the applicant was told to submit a separate Notice of Intent for that work. Certificates of compliance were approved for 23 Blake Street, 36 Floyd Street, and Phase One of the Trident Logistics Center warehouse project. The 28 Shamat Street item remained continued pending stamped plans.
