September 29, 2026 Board of Adjustment Meeting

The City of Russellville, Arkansas Board of Adjustment met on September 29, 2026. The board approved four variance requests: a reduced rear-yard setback for a proposed triplex at 802 South Louisville Avenue; accessory-structure separation and front-setback variances for a carport at 225 East Circle Drive; landscaping-buffer and facade-material variances at 89 SR 311; and landscaping-buffer and a 2.8-foot front-setback variance at 143 North Highway 331. The board’s approvals were by voice vote, with no opposition indicated. At 89 SR 311, the board approved both requested variances despite staff recommending approval of the landscaping variance but not the facade-material variance. The Highway 331 proposal includes an approximately 21,300-square-foot building expansion, about a 110% increase in building area.

The discussion concerned zoning and development requirements; no contracts, bids, purchases, budget allocations, or other procurement activity were identified.
