OSEA-CSD Bargaining 7

The OSEA-CSD bargaining meeting hosted by Info Central took place on September 15, 2026. The parties reviewed proposed contract language on job classifications and classification families, route and extra-work bidding by bus-driver classification, vacancies and transfers, leave, the sick-leave bank, discipline, and arbitration. The district said it could not afford a proposed contract provision related to an educational pathway and discussed pursuing that work through career-pathway planning and possibly future facility or bond discussions instead. No procurement activity, vendor selection, bid approval, or spending authorization was identified.
