Costa Mesa Planning Commission meeting, September 28, 2026: The commission considered the “Neighborhoods Where We All Belong” zoning and General Plan package, including zoning-map and specific-plan amendments, citywide multifamily and mixed-use objective design standards, and certification of the program environmental impact report.
