Board of County Commissioners Open Session September 24, 2026

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners held an open session on September 24, 2026, during which several procurement and budget-related matters were addressed. The board approved an operating budget transfer for Carroll County Public Schools to align funds with negotiated agreements. They also approved the 2027 health insurance plan designs and employee contribution rates, including medical, dental, vision, and Medicare Advantage plans.
