The Nashua Board of Aldermen Finance Committee met on July 1, 2026, to discuss and approve multiple procurement and contract-related items. Key approvals included a $318,732.35 contract with Motorola Solutions for system upgrades and maintenance of the city's communication infrastructure, and a $31,392 renewal with Flowbird for parking pay station services. The committee recommended final passage of an amended development agreement with Lansing Melbourne Group LLC for the Nimco site, which included phased building construction and increased purchase price terms.
