The City of Elkhart's Aurora Capital Development Corporation (ACDC) and Redevelopment Commission held a combined meeting on July 14, 2026. The ACDC approved June expenses including a $29,912 payment to Steve Watts Consulting. The Redevelopment Commission reviewed bids for the Windsor sidewalk and Casopoulos lighting project, with amounts of $624,380 and $513,600, respectively, and deferred award decisions pending further review.
