The Town of Fairfield Connecticut Economic Development Commission held a special meeting on June 11, 2026, primarily to discuss a proposed mixed-use redevelopment project at 2131 Black Rock Turnpike and 4414 Stillson Road. The project involves demolishing existing buildings and constructing a two- to three-story mixed-use development including office and retail space, with improvements to traffic safety and parking through shared access and elimination of curb cuts.
