08/13/26 2026 Winter Storm Response Commission

The Metro Nashville Network convened the 2026 Winter Storm Response Commission meeting on August 13, 2026, to discuss the interim report on the city's emergency management plan (CMP) and its implementation during recent winter storm events. Commissioners reviewed a comprehensive draft report, including responses from the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) to prior assessments, and discussed the adequacy and operationalization of the CMP, last updated in 2024 with a five-year revision cycle.
