The Maple Heights City Schools Board held a meeting on August 3, 2026, where several procurement and contract renewal matters were addressed. The board approved the renewal of a master service agreement with Epic Special Education Staffing to provide special education services as needed. Furthermore, a renewal contract with BrightB was approved to provide substitute classified staff as needed. Other agenda items included approval of bus routes, disposal of obsolete items, updates to student and athletic handbooks, and various personnel hires and employment adjustments. Motions for all contracts and budget-related items were passed unanimously by roll call vote.
