June 15th, 2026 Regular School Board Meeting

The Butte School District #1 held its regular school board meeting on June 15, 2026. Key procurement and budget-related actions included approval of payroll claims, budget transfers, grant applications, and school budget reports. The board approved personnel appointments for summer programs and new hires to cover leaves of absence, as well as resignations and retirements. They also approved two non-union employment contracts for the 2026-2027 school year. Additionally, the board authorized a contract renewal with dietician Katie Pippenich for nutritional services and approved payment of Montana High School Association (MHSA) dues and concussion liability insurance.
