Plan Commission: Meeting of July, 13 2026

The City of Madison Wisconsin Plan Commission held a meeting on July 13, 2026, where several key procurement and development-related items were discussed and approved. The commission approved a conditional use permit for converting an office building into a two-family dwelling at 3602 Atwood Avenue, and considered a multi-item proposal for a 163-unit affordable housing residential complex at 1910 Roth Street and 1201 Huxley Street, including a zoning map amendment, conditional use approval, and a certified survey map.
