The May 13, 2026 meeting of the miOttawa CMH PQI Committee focused primarily on reviewing customer satisfaction survey results and discussing mental health service utilization and budget impacts. A new inpatient hospitalization dashboard was introduced to provide detailed financial and utilization data by provider and funding source, enabling better oversight and planning. Additionally, updates were provided on the mental health millage, including a new public-facing website and educational materials to increase community awareness and support. The committee discussed ongoing efforts to develop comprehensive dashboards for board and public use to enhance transparency and data-driven decision-making. Contract extensions for millage-funded programs were also confirmed to continue through September 2026 without budget increases.
