The City Commission of Dickinson held a meeting on November 4, 2025, where several procurement and budget-related matters were addressed. The commission approved an RFP for professional appraisal services awarded to Valbridge Appraisal Services for $14,500 to appraise three city-owned parcels. They also approved amendments to the finance committee bylaws, extending citizen terms to two years for better continuity. A significant capital improvement project was approved through a $5 million solid waste revenue bond loan from the Bank of North Dakota at 2% interest to fund the construction of the Baylor building.
