West Shore Career Tech Passport 05-19-2026

The Lakewood City Schools held the West Shore Career Tech Passport ceremony on May 19, 2026, celebrating the achievements of students from Bay Village, Lakewood, Rocky River, and Westlake in various career technical education programs. The event recognized students' accomplishments across multiple disciplines including automotive technology, business management, culinary arts, electronic engineering, media arts, medical professions, networking and cybersecurity, nursing, construction trades, and welding. Scholarships totaling nearly $65,000 were awarded to graduating seniors to support their continued education in technical fields. The ceremony also included presentations of career passports, work ethic awards, and inductions into the National Technical Honor Society, highlighting the strong partnerships between schools, local businesses, and community organizations.
