The City of High Point Finance Committee convened on May 28, 2026, to discuss several procurement and budget-related items. Key procurement actions included approval of a construction manager at risk contract with Metcon for the Electric Utilities Operations Center project, structured with multiple guaranteed maximum price (GMP) phases.
