Shoreview's 2026 State of the City

The City of Shoreview's 2026 State of the City address, delivered by Mayor Sue Denager, highlighted the city's accomplishments over the past year and outlined future projects. Key procurement-related updates included major redevelopment projects such as the completion of the Aloma apartment complex with affordable housing units, ongoing construction at Grase and Hodgson Roads, and the Seven Lakes development which added significant commercial space and jobs.
