The April 13, 2026 meeting of the Roseville Economic Development Authority (EDA) and City Council focused on key procurement and development initiatives. The EDA approved resolutions authorizing agreements to facilitate the redevelopment of 1495 Twin Lakes Parkway, including the use of approximately $4.4 million in environmental cleanup funds and grant agreements with Ramsey County. This redevelopment project addresses a long-standing brownfield site and involves subordination agreements with the bank. Additionally, the EDA authorized a professional services agreement with Neighborhood House to administer an emergency rental assistance program, budgeting $132,000 over two years to support residents at or below 50% area median income. The City Council consent agenda included approval of payments totaling $570,008.35, purchase of a replacement police squad and pavement maintenance equipment, awarding a $1.1 million contract to Instuform Technologies for sanitary sewer lining, and opting into funding from the newly created Ramsey County Economic Development Authority. Several proclamations recognizing Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Older Adults Month, Mental Health Awareness Month, and Arbor Day were also adopted. Future agenda items include budget discussions and a city manager performance evaluation.
