Key procurement-related discussions included a rezoning request for a parcel on Kefir Street from light industrial to RT attached single-family residential to allow construction of two ranch-style duplexes using modular construction, which received a favorable recommendation to city council. Another rezoning request involved a property at 18940 West 8 Mile Road from IL light industrial to I1 general industrial to permit a storage building addition for a sign fabrication business, also recommended favorably to council.
