Improvement & Services Committee 5-13-2026

The City of Green Bay Improvement & Services Committee met on May 13, 2026, to discuss several procurement and contract matters related to public works projects. The committee approved a contract with JT Engineering for the design of the Bedford Road and Grand View Road projects for 2026. They also approved awarding a restoration contract to Northeast Asphalt, Inc. for the Atkinson Marsh Restoration AOC project, funded by a Wisconsin DNR grant and EPA funds, totaling $1,714,319.19. Additionally, the committee granted licenses to Global Concrete LLC for sidewalk building. Updates were provided on ongoing road reconstruction projects and traffic control for upcoming special events. All procurement-related motions were approved unanimously and will be forwarded to the city council for final approval on May 19, 2026.
