Temecula Draft Land Use Report Workshop

The City of Temecula held a Draft Land Use Report Workshop on April 29, 2026, to present and gather community feedback on the proposed land use plan as part of the city's general plan update. The workshop included a presentation by Amanda Tropiano outlining key study areas such as Southtown, the Innovation Corridor, and Commerce to College, focusing on strategic land use changes, mixed-use development, and economic vitality. The city is exploring new land use tools, including place-based districts and a very high density residential category, to guide future growth and development.
