Listen Deeply: Community Voices Film Fest

This was a community storytelling event hosted by the City of Bellingham, Washington, in collaboration with the Bellingham Public Library on December 1, 2025. The meeting featured a series of personal stories from diverse community members, focusing on themes of identity, healing, cultural heritage, and social challenges. The event aimed to foster connection, healing, and inclusion through storytelling, highlighting voices from marginalized groups including people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those impacted by various social issues. While the meeting was rich in community engagement and cultural expression, there were no discussions related to procurement, contracting, budget allocations, or vendor selections.
