Notably, the board approved a new Class B D7 license for LiveK Baltimore LLC, a karaoke bar with a unique entertainment concept, and several ownership transfers for existing liquor establishments. The board also approved applications to add live entertainment to existing licenses, emphasizing compliance with community standards and safety regulations. Throughout, the board ensured community engagement, reviewed capital investments, and considered letters of support or MOUs where applicable.
