Water Columns Dedication Ceremony

The City of Jacksonville Beach held a dedication ceremony for the Water Columns sculpture, a public art installation created by artist Xavier Cortada. This sculpture, the first of many planned under the city's Public Art Master Plan initiated by the Community Redevelopment Agency, visually represents the ocean's ecosystem and highlights the recently discovered Blake Plateau.
