Council 03 03 2026 Agenda Item No I1

The City of Oxnard council meeting on February 19, 2026, included the appointment of Rodrigo Saragoa to the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission representing District 6. The commission consists of seven members who must reside in the city and be over 18 years old. Saragoa's nomination was made by Councilwoman Peris and he has passed the city's formal background check. The city staff will continue to present additional mayoral nominations to fill other vacancies in various commissions, committees, and boards.
