Additionally, the commission reviewed two key items for the upcoming meeting: a zoning petition for approximately 70 acres recently annexed from Larkin Township, proposed to be zoned for multiple-family residential use, and a site plan review for the Midland Compounding Business property, which includes plans to restore a building damaged by fire several years ago.
