The City of Oxnard's Finance and Governance Committee recommended that the city council approve an amendment to extend the existing contract with TG Consulting Services by five months, until November 30, 2025. The amendment includes an increase of $70,000 to the contract, raising the total contract amount to $360,937.50. TG Consulting Services, with over 29 years of experience in the city's business tax and permitting processes, will continue to serve as the subject matter expert to complete the implementation of the EPL licensing module and provide related training after the system goes live. The contract cost increase will be allocated between two funds: 20% ($14,000) from the licensing fund under the BNL division and 80% ($56,000) from the EPL budget fund.
