The City of Oxnard's Public Works and Transportation Committee discussed and recommended approval for on-call professional real property services and right-of-way acquisition agreements. These agreements, each with an initial three-year term from October 2025 to October 2028 and options for two one-year extensions, are intended to support the city's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) by providing timely access to specialized consulting services such as property investigations, title report reviews, appraisals, and right-of-way consulting. Two firms, Bender Rosenell and Clark Land Resources, were selected through a competitive RFP process, each with contracts not to exceed $500,000 over the term. Funding for these agreements will come from the CIP or respective division budgets.
