City of Twinsburg Architectural Review Board - November 5, 2026

The City of Twinsburg Architectural Review Board met on November 5, 2026, and approved four design applications as submitted: a garage at 9917 Chamberlain Road (Case 26-11-29); downtown district façade improvements, including siding, windows, trim, doors, lighting, and awnings; a carport at 10027 El Drive (Case 26-11-31), following a previously granted zoning variance; and a three-season sunroom at 9163 Davis Way (Case 26-11-32). The board also approved the October 15 meeting minutes. No contract awards, purchasing decisions, project budgets, or other procurement activity were identified.

Staff indicated that building plan reviews would proceed internally, with permitting to follow for the approved projects. The downtown façade work was described as part of an effort to improve and redevelop the district, but no funding amount or procurement action was discussed.
