At the November 5, 2026, Clackamas County Board of County Commissioners meeting, the board approved several spending and contracting items. It ratified a two-year Housing Authority labor-agreement extension valued at $479,495, funded by HUD, Metro, state and rental-payment sources, with no county general funds. The board also approved a county FY 2026–27 supplemental budget increasing appropriations by a net $3,970,414, supported by associated revenues and with no net increase to the General Fund. Items included $2.725 million for ongoing county fair construction and $100,000 in county ARPA funds redirected to the fairgrounds multipurpose building project. The North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District approved a supplemental budget increase of $374,677. Water Environment Services approved a $7,003,049 engineering-services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group for the wet-weather expansion at the Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility, funded by sanitary sewer construction funds. The housing, parks and WES consent items passed 5–0; the county supplemental budget was put to a vote, but the vote tally is not present in the transcript.

The board also approved proclamations recognizing Operation Green Light for Veterans and November as Strangulation Awareness Month. Presentations covered county veteran housing, employment and crisis-support services; commissioners discussed the possible need for an additional Veteran Service Officer, but no spending action was taken. Public comments focused on election administration. No procurement-related policy changes were identified.
