The Nashua Homeless Services Gap Analysis Committee met on November 5, 2026, to organize a 90-day review of homelessness-related needs and services. The committee voted to accept revised meeting dates. Members agreed to gather and analyze aggregate data, primarily for 2024–2026, from sources including 211, public health, fire and EMS, police, hospitals, HMIS, city welfare, community programs, and service providers. They discussed supplementing the data with confidential, in-person listening sessions with people who have lived experience of homelessness and reviewing peer-municipality practices identified in the committee’s authorizing resolution.

The committee outlined a phased work plan: send agencies standardized questions in advance, review data as it becomes available, and invite agencies to answer follow-up questions rather than make lengthy presentations. Topics include service capacity, waitlists and turnaways, staffing gaps, funding sources, and unmet needs; members also emphasized examining sober housing and pathways into or out of homelessness. No contracts, procurements, spending allocations, or vendor selections were identified.
