The Burlington Planning Board’s November 5, 2026 meeting focused on development applications and site-plan matters. It also granted a two-year extension, from December 14, 2026, to December 14, 2028, for required special-permit and site-plan improvements associated with a proposed life-science building at 1 Burlington Mall Road. These were land-use and permitting decisions, not procurement actions.
