The Bloomfield Township Design Review Board meeting on November 4, 2026, considered signage and site-improvement requests. The board approved LensCrafters’ proposed 43-square-foot replacement sign at 2125 Telegraph Road. For JPMorgan Chase at 1116 West Long Lake Road, it approved forwarding the revised signage request subject to the required Zoning Board of Appeals variances; the ZBA retains final approval authority. The board also approved replacing two barriers with three bollards at Trader Joe’s, and approved a sign-face update at 2124 Franklin with landscaping around the sign to be coordinated with township staff. A resident asked whether patio and deck changes for the Enquighter project could proceed despite not being discussed at the October 7 design review meeting. Staff said the changes would be presented during the site-plan-amendment public hearing and offered to follow up after consulting the township attorney.
