The City of Boynton Beach Regular City Commission Meeting was held November 5, 2026. The City Manager reported that voter approval of Amendment 3 is expected to reduce city property-tax revenue by approximately $17–20 million in the first year and an additional $12 million in the second year. The commission discussed holding a workshop after the holidays to review budget reductions and potential revenue sources; members requested that the discussion also consider the CRA, county millage projections, and the city and CRA strategic plans. No workshop date or budget action was approved during the meeting. The Vice Mayor also requested that downtown parking be included on the agenda for a future joint City–CRA meeting, noting that a line item had been allocated for the issue.

No contract awards, bids, RFPs, vendor selections, or other procurement decisions were identified. The commission approved the amended agenda and approved Resolution R26-209, co-designating part of Southeast 1st Avenue as Jerry Taylor Avenue. The City Manager also said the second January meeting would be consolidated to January 19. Other discussion included city recognitions, events, library activities, and cemetery plot sales.
