The County of Lake Board of Supervisors meeting on November 3, 2026, included several procurement and funding actions. The Board voted 4–1 to waive competitive bidding under the cooperative-purchasing provision and approve an agreement with Tyler Technologies for financial, revenue, and enterprise asset management software: SaaS costs not to exceed $141,575 and implementation not to exceed $423,108. The purchase uses a competitively bid Sourcewell contract; Lake County Special Districts will fund about 72.4% of the cost. The Board also agreed to oversight and shared leadership of implementation. Separately, it approved 5–0 Final Change Order No. 9 with Right Contracting for the Sheriff Administration Facility renovation, adding $19,408.43 and bringing the revised contract total to $12,700,081.03, funded through the project bond. The Board approved a 5–0, $225,000 agreement with Everwell Health Systems for adult residential and specialty mental health services, with amendments for fiscal-year language and six-month reporting on the contractor’s probationary status; staff anticipated a possible later contract amendment as costs are monitored.

Sitting as the Lake County Watershed Protection District, the Board discussed proposed Quagga mussel sticker and tournament-permit fees. Members supported directing staff to bring forward a $30 resident annual sticker fee and $30 nonresident monthly fee for inclusion in the master fee schedule, while requesting further analysis of tournament fee tiers and a possible annual pass. No vote adopting the fee changes occurred at this meeting; the proposed $900 mussel-dog fee was withdrawn, and the Board sought further work on funding options, including grants and potential county funding. In weekly reports, a supervisor also noted a $500,000 state contribution toward the Clear Lake skate park and a forthcoming construction bid review and county-city funding agreement.
