November 2, 2026 - Planning Commission Meeting

The City of Bartlett, Tennessee Planning Commission met November 2, 2026. The commission approved the prior meeting minutes and a final plan for the Delgato subdivision, a two-lot residential subdivision on a four-acre property near Germantown Road and Old Brownsville Road. Staff recommended approval with a condition addressing future additions and setbacks; the applicant agreed, and the plan was approved. Existing driveway access from Germantown Road will continue.

The commission also approved a revised site plan for Bartlett Baptist Church at 3465 Kirby Whitten Road, allowing a 4,000-square-foot storage building and a dumpster enclosure with landscaping and fencing for screening.
